Dear parent/guardian,

I would like to invite your child to take part in our annual weekend visit to Llangrannog Urdd Camp. The trip will take place between Friday 14th and Sunday 16th July.

The Urdd Camp is an activity centre near Cardigan in West Wales. It offers children the chance to take part in numerous fun and exciting indoor and outdoor activities, such as skiing, horse riding, quad biking, trampolining and much more!

The trip is only open to year 5 and year 6 pupils and will cost £145. Although not cheap, this does include all transport costs, food, Urdd membership and all the activities. The children also get an opportunity to meet new friends and stay away from home, perhaps for the first time.

Allocation of places will be on a first come first served basis (taking into account year 6 pupils who didn’t go last year). I need to receive permission slips and deposits by Friday 24th March as school cheques will need to be sent to the Urdd next week.

If you would like your child to take part in the visit, please return the attached form to school, together with a deposit of £38.50, by Friday 24th March. The remainder of the money may be paid in instalments up until the week before we leave for Llangrannog.

Until then, if you have any questions about the weekend, please feel free to contact me at school.

Yours sincerely

Mrs Fowler

If you do not have a letter/slip to return, please write out a note on a pice of paper and return to school with the deposit- as soon as possible to reserve a place. PLACES ARE LIMITED.
