THANK YOU

Thank you for your kind donations of small change, 10p’s and dress loud donations for Make Some Noise Charity over the past few weeks. The children laid over 180 metres of 10p’s, we’ve contributed to 3 Operation Christmas Child gifts and raised over £100 for Global’s Make Some Noise with DJ Woody and Jagger  – Thank you! It is greatly appreciated!

DJ JAGGER and WOODY

As you are aware DJ Jagger and Woody from Heart Breakfast were in school last week. They launched our station and collected donations for Global’s charity. Parents and the community can listen to the broadcasts throughout the day by clicking “Listen Now” on our website!

CHILDREN ON THE BUS

It is important that you let us know whether your child is on the school bus as normal Over the next few weeks.

Please contact the school office on the day of the Concert if there are any changes to the normal routine otherwise we will assume that children will be going on the bus as normal.

CONCERTS

The Nursery and Reception concerts are on two mornings. Following the performances NURSERY children can leave with parents and should be collected from outside Nursery in the usual way. Reception children will stay with us and can be collected at the end of the day as normal.

Year 1 and Year 2 concert will take place on two afternoons. Children can be collected after the performance from the classroom door in the usual way. If you are collecting siblings from other classes, please go to the main office and we will collect them for you.

Year 3, Year 4, Year 5 and Year 6 Concerts will take place on two afternoons and two evenings. Once the afternoon performance has finished, you can collect your child from the junior door entrance. If you are collecting siblings from other classes, please go to the school office and we will collect them for you.

Children should arrive back in school no earlier than 5.40pm for the evening performance.

After the evening performance, children can be collected from THE JUNIOR SIDE DOOR. Please be patient as we need to ensure all children are collected safely.

AFTER SCHOOL CLUBS

All clubs have finished until Spring Term 2017.

FOUNDATION PHASE FOOTBALL

Foundation Phase football has finished for this term. I am aware children / parents are owed one week due to it being cancelled a couple of weeks ago. This will be carried over to Spring Term. If parents do require £1 returned instead of carrying the money over, please let me know!

CHRISTMAS CAROL SERVICE

Our Christmas carol service is so popular - we must issue tickets.

Tickets are free and can be collected from the school office from THURSDAY 8TH DECEMBER 2016. A maximum of two tickets will be issued.

End of Term

We will finish on Friday 16th December 2016 at 1.30pm. The bus has been arranged for this time. Please ensure children are collected in the normal way. We start back to school on Tuesday 3rd January 2017.

TEXT MESSAGES and CLOSING SCHOOL

Please make sure we have the correct number for text messages on our system.

It is so important for us to have the correct number on the system in order to ensure our phone line remains as clear as possible especially during emergency situations.

Parents are not allowed to drive onto the school site and park - even just for a few minutes and not when collecting pupils from after school clubs or wraparound.

Please do not drive into the school
