This week is Menu 2

PARKING

Please could the white VW registration number BJ10 SYZ refrain from parking directly outside the gates in the green cone area.  There are two clear signs asking for vehicles not to park in that area! It is for the safety of all pupils and adults!

MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS

Following a meeting with the EWO it has been decided that when pupils are collected early from school for a medical appointment, parents must show proof of the appointment.

SNOW/ICY WEATHER

The procedure for snow is attached.  Please familiarise yourself with the procedure in place.  Please also ensure that during icy conditions you only walk on the gritted pathways.  Please be aware that we may block off some entrances and pupils may be redirected to enter school through the side entrance or main entrance.  Sometimes pathways are gritted early in the morning, it then rains and then freezes again so we need to grit the pathways further and it may not be done in time!  Follow the directions on the notice boards!

OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD

If anyone would like to make a donation of small change 10p, 20p, 30p for Operation Christmas Child, please send in the donation by 18TH NOVEMBER 2016. I will then create some presents for Operation Christmas Child on behalf of the school!
