CHRISTMAS CONCERTS THIS WEEK

This week we have Year 3 and Year 4 performing their concert and Year 5 and Year 6 performing their concert!

Tuesday 11th December– 1.30pm and 6pm – Children need to return at 5.40pm for the evening performance

Thursday 13th December - – 1.30pm and 6pm – Children need to return at 5.40pm for the evening performance

 

At the end of each performance, children will be dismissed from the junior entrance door. If no-one is here to collect children after the afternoon performance, we will dismiss them in the usual way at 3.30pm. Please note it may take a little time to safely dismiss children after the evening performances.


PLEASE ENSURE YOU BRING YOUR TICKETS WITH YOU, IF YOU DON’T YOU WILL BE ASKED TO WAIT UNTIL THE PERFORMANCE IS JUST ABOUT TO START AND ONLY ALLOWED IN IF SEATS ARE AVAILABLE


CHRISTMAS CONCERT PHOTOGRAPHS / VIDEOS

PHOTOS / VIDEOS CANNOT BE TAKEN AT THE PERFORMANCES BUT THERE WILL BE A SELECTION ON THE SCHOOL WEBSITE.

At the request of some parents, I added this to the consent form that is sent home at the start of the year. There are several children in every class that parents have requested not to have their photograph taken.

PLEASE ENSURE ALL MEMBERS OF THE FAMILY ARE AWARE OF THIS.


CHRISTMAS MARKETS THIS WEEK

On Friday 14th December it is the Nursery and reception Christmas market at 10am and the Year 1 and Year 2 Market at 2pm.

 

Nursery children can be collected after the market and must be signed out by the class teacher. Reception children will stay with us for the remainder of the day. Year 1 and year 2 children can be collected after the marked but must be signed out by their class teacher.

 

Year 3 and Year 4 Market and Year 5 and Year 6 markets are next Monday! Year 3 and year 4 at 10am and Year 5 and year 6 at 2pm – Please remember - Year 3 and Year 4 children must stay with us until the end of the day!
