FAIRTRADE WEEK

It is Fairtrade week this week! The theme for Fairtrade is “Take a break”. We will be having a Fairtrade tuck shop all week and will be selling Fairtrade fruit.

CHILDREN IN CARS

We have been notified by several parents of concerns regarding leaving young children in cars whilst picking up siblings / pupils from school both at Nursery finish time and end of school. Please can I ask parents to be vigilant and ensure no young child is left unaccompanied in vehicles. I will need to pass the information to Children’s Services if any reports are received.

PARENT EVENING APPOINTMENTS

Please remember that appointments are 10 minutes. Teachers need to stick to times in order to ensure all parents are seen promptly.

SAINSBURY VOUCHERS (25th January to 30th June 2017)

We are collecting Sainsbury Active Kids Vouchers. Please send in any vouchers. Last year we purchased scooters for the Nursery and PE equipment for the whole school by using the vouchers. There is a collection box in the foyer area of the school. Your support is greatly appreciated!

COMIC RELEIF

Comic Relief is on Friday 24th March 2017. Children will be able to wear non-uniform / comic relief merchandise.

Sainsbury will be selling Comic Relief merchandise on Monday 13th March 2017 in the afternoon – We will text a price list closer to the date!
